OUR PROCESS
Deciding to renovate is a big decision and often comes with a significant expense. We spend so much time in our homes and we believe that we should all have spaces that we can retreat to, relax in and simply just love being in. We love to elevate your space by focusing on lived in yet traditional + modern design to ensure you'll love your home for years to come. We love to mix materials + finishes, combine new and old while keeping your space timeless. Although the process is much more complex, we have simplified it into 5 phases. We are excited to work with you from design concept to construction completion!
01
PROJECT PROPOSAL
Includes a detailed + thorough estimate to renovate your space. Often, renovations cost more than clients expect - thus sometimes experiencing the sticker shock effect. Our estimates are a start-to-finish, all inclusive price. We are happy to sit down with you and discuss this in more detail.

DESIGN PHASE
During this stage, all products + materials are sourced for your project including collecting samples, if possible. Elevation drawings will also be produced illustrating details of the space. We will review your design boards + samples together. The length of the design phase will depend on the scope of work involved in your project. Good design takes time, it's never too early to start working on your project together.

DESIGN APPROVAL
After we have completed any revisions to the design of your renovation, we will formulate a IPC - interior product chart - documenting all of the products chosen. After the design is approved, some changes to your renovation can no longer be made.

CONSTRUCTION PHASE
After we receive permits (if applicable), your project is in queue to begin. Every project length is different and is dependent on the scope of work involved + complexity of the project. Both of us will be on site to ensure that your project is progressing as planned and that no detail is missed.

CONSTRUCTION COMPLETION
The day we have all been waiting for has finally arrived! Seeing the finished result after months of construction is very exciting. Prior to project turnover, I will partially stage the renovated area to capture photos to document your new space.
