Ivory + Oak Design Co is a locally owned design & renovation company established in January 2021. Led by a husband and wife team, Samantha helps her clients design their dream homes while Devan renovates + manages the construction. After finishing a top to bottom renovation of their own home, an original 80s' 2 storey split, they were inspired to help homeowners achieve their renovation goals and dreams, too. At last, Ivory + Oak Design Co - derived from their own home - was brought to fruition. As we all spend so much time in our homes, it's incredibly important to us that your space is something you value and cherish. Our style is sophisticated yet casual - you know - that well designed but I can still live here type of space. We love mixing moody and light spaces together, and love incorporating wood. Lastly, every project needs a combination of new and old, whether that's in the finishings or the decor.
Ivory + Oak Design Co focuses on medium-large scale renovation projects, however, we take on a limited amount of smaller projects. Additionally, we offer Virtual Design + Virtual Styling. Learn more about our services!
MEET SAMANTHA
Samantha is the Project Designer at Ivory + Oak Design Co. With over 11 years combined experience in the home building & real estate industry and a passion for home decor & design, it was an easy decision to move into home design + renovations. Combining her vast real estate knowledge and background in interior design she helps her clients elevate their houses into homes. Whether your home needs a complete renovation, or just a single room, Samantha will bring your design dreams come true! With her keen eye for detail no space gets overlooked.
MEET DEVAN
Not only is Devan is the Project Manager and oversees all construction on the job sites at Ivory + Oak Design Co, throughout the process you will see he's the guy that also does most of the work, too. Having the opportunity to work in general construction, contractor sales & new home sales, Devan’s wealth of knowledge of real estate & construction over the last 10 years is unparalleled. Being involved in all sides he understands & relates to his clients and can communicate efficiently throughout the process. Devan is hands on from start to finish and our clients appreciate his meticulous work.
